Purpose of Membership
The Parent Leadership Circle is included in the family memberships. It equips parents and guardians research-based insight and practical tools they can apply at home, at work, and in their own leadership. Through monthly development sessions, speakers professional assessments, and invitations to quarterly family dinners, parents gain a clear understanding of the communication and leadership principles their students are learning, allowing them to reinforce growth with consistency and confidence.
Members also join a network of like-minded families committed to supporting the next generation of leaders. Studies show that when parents understand their own communication patterns and stay aligned with their student’s developmental process, engagement, performance, and long-term outcomes improve significantly.
The Parent Leadership Circle creates that alignment, strengthening both the student experience and the family system that supports it.
